• Status quo becomes permanent. Judges later say, “we won’t disrupt stability.”

• Financial chokehold. Fighting them drains parents before they ever see trial.

• Pressure to surrender. Parents accept unfair deals just to regain precious time.

Children deserve justice—not rubber-stamped shortcuts.
